The situation
Large-scale livestreaming is nothing like recorded video — there's no retake, no fixing it in post. Jobs have ranged from a 1-hour press briefing to an 8-hour full-day ceremony, for clients spanning universities, institutions, banks and public bodies — very different scales, all requiring zero downtime.
What we did
Camera count and crew size scale to the event. The flagship case: an institutional flagship ceremony with a total backstage headcount over 100 across every department. Our own multimedia production crew, up to 50 people, ran the full livestream — 4 platforms simultaneously, from pre-event planning through to post-event delivery, zero downtime, 1M+ views.
