What changes the price
The base covers a half-day single-camera shoot. Price moves with hall size and the number of cameras, whether you need a same-day highlight for social media, and how many edited deliverables you want (full recording, highlight, class-by-class cuts).
Built for school procurement
Aided schools compare written quotations before appointing a supplier. We issue formal itemised quotations suitable for that process, proper invoices with business registration details, and we accept a stamped purchase order or confirmation email in place of a deposit.
Book early — June and July fill up
Graduation dates cluster in a few weeks, and camera crews get booked out. Confirm your date as early as you can; if you are still comparing quotes, ask for the itemised quotation now so it is on file when the decision is made.
